The leading manufacturer of white sugar in MOROCCO, the Cosumar Group ensures the extraction of local sugar plants, refining of imported raw sugar, packaging, distribution and export of white sugar in different forms.Cosumar, the only sugar Moroccan operator, is present throughout the territory through five companies: Cosumar SA, Surac , Sunabel , Suta , Sucrafor.
Cosumar ensures the production, packaging and marketing of sugar in four forms: Sugar loaves, ingots, lumps and granulated sugar. The production process has two phases:
processing of the locally planted sugar plant – sugar cane and sugar beet- into white sugar
refining of raw sugar purchased on the global market into white sugar
The COSUMAR Group offers its clients a diverse range of products marketed under the parent brand COSUMAR. The products of the national brand ENMER, present throughout the Kingdom, are available in two forms of sugar loaves “traditional” and “Farha”, ingot sugar, lump sugar and granulated.
The Products AL KASBAH, LA GAZELLE and EL BELLAR, daughter brands having strong regional reputation and historically appreciated in different Moroccan regions, offer a number of modern products, with high quality and meeting the requirements of our consumers.
PRODUCTS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND AGRICULTURAL USE
Produced from cane and beet extraction or raw sugar refining, molasses, pellets and bagasse are offered to industrial and agricultural customers as livestock feed or for yeast manufacturing. Bagasse is used in-house as a fuel source.
